Retaliation on bad buisness?

If you went to a "ma and pa" shop and the owners/operators were insane (shouting obscenities in your face and chasing you when you try to leave) just because you wanted to make a return...their return policy clearly stated on the wall "all returns are subject to restocking fees"....but was denied return and treated horribly for no reason...im a nice person, i work in retail so i deal with A holes all the time, Ive never been treated like this and am wondering if theres anything I can do short of fire bombing them...

Let it slide, sooner or later bad customer service will put them out of business.
