Question:

Retracting f******n?

Hi I'm 18 years old and my f******n doesn't completely retract, only about half way..does this matter? I've read a few solutions on the net but I'm not sure whether or not i should consult a doctor to get the confusion out of the way.

If anyone has any advice that would be great

  1. The usual reason young males can't fully retract their f******n is that the opening, the frenar ring, will not open wide enough.  If a tight f******n is pushed all the way back during s*x, it can get trapped behind the glans, cutting off circulation and making the glans swell even larger, a vicious cycle.  A tight opening can be solved by stretching it with your fingers, making it wider each day until it can retract all the way back without pain or tightness, even when you're erect.  Stretching during a bath or shower might work best, since the skin is softer and moisturized then.  Roll you f******n forward over a couple of fingers and spread them gently apart.  Try for a little more stretch each day.  If you don't seem to be making any progress, ask your doctor for a cream to relax the skin some more for stretching.  In extreme cases, a doctor can make a little snip in the f******n to widen it.

Two other more rare cases can cause this; both require a doctor's attention.  The first situation is a short frenulum.  The frenulum is the flap of skin that attaches the f******n to the p***s on the underside, similar to the frenulum under the tongue.  If this is too short, the f******n may be restricted from retracting all the way.  If it doesn't stretch normally from routine erections, the doctor can lengthen it with an operation called frenuloplasty.

The second rare cause is an unnatural adhesion between the f******n and part of the glans because of injury in childhood.  The f******n and glans are normally attached in infancy, and may remain partially attached until 17 or so, but at 18 it shouldn't be attached for half the length of your glans.  The doctor can separate them surgically if that is the case.

There is no reason to seek a circumcision; your f******n is fine, and does not need to be discarded because of this correctable technical difficulty

  2. Try getting into a warm bath and soaking for several minutes.  Then try to retract your f******n under the warm water slowly.  If it is painful to retract it beyond half way, stop -- but try this for several days to see if you can slowly get it to retract further.  If there is built-up smegma (cheesy substance) underneath your f******n, you need to try to gently rub this away under the warm water to get your p***s completely clean.

If after doing this for several days, the ability to re-track the f******n is not better, then you should consider planning to visit a Doctor specialist (called an UROLOGIST) to ask him about stretching the f******n so that it can re-tract all the way.

He may recommend you be circumcised, but I would recommend you do this only if the condition is very bad and cannot be improved by stretching recommendations the Doctor can give you.

You can try stretching underwater in the meantime (slowly at first, don't rush it) -- but do NOT keep stretching if it becomes painful.  Relax and try again another day.

  3. No it really does not matter at all:but you need to get all really clean.

If there is a problem with that:consult your Dr,He can give you a cream that numbs the area:then try to retract to the point it hurts:hold that for 5 minutes.

Repeat a few times daily and if it works :the stretching, you'll be fine.

An other option is a small cut in the f******n:A so called preputialplasty.Heals real fast and your f******n is not removed.

They only created a bit more space to retract the f******n easier.

Your own Dr can do this.

    Success:Space.
