Retrieval of PXT message/photo on a Motorola phone. I am unable to retreive a message/photoraph

Question

I am unable to retreive a message/photoraph from a voafone mobile in Australia using a motorola mobile in the UK.
The instruction I am receiving is to log on to http://www.vodafone.com.au/pxtworld and then to enter Collect your PXT.
The instruction requests me to enter my mobile number together with a code number which is shown.
I have had no sucess.
