Retrieve Photos?

I cannot figure out how to get the photos sent to me

I think more details are in order here. how are they sent? what format? Going to assume yahoo email.  You can go to 'my attachments' and find the file. Yahoo doesnt open the picture automatically for security reasons you have to click in the attachment icon , also you can click 'view' or 'Scan and Save to Computer'.  Now windows will ask how you want to view to picture, if you have no viewer program you can choose to view it on whatever browser you have by choosing 'other' or 'open file with..' and navigating to your browser choice.  Hope this helps.
