Retrieving the password for a password protected .rar file...?

I have a .rar file with important stuff in it... I have protected it with a password... But thats some time ago... Now i have forgotten the password... Is there any way to retrieve the lost password ?? Or are there any programms to use ???

    one example is Advanced_RAR_Password_Recovery

    You can download it here:

    This website is in dutch, but just push download, and install the prog.
