Return Policy for future shop?

i bought grand theft auto 4 on release for xbox 360. would i be be able to return it? its out of the package but in mint condition. realease date was april 29th i beleive.

they have a posted no-return policy on opened games and software

Most likely they will not let you return it since it's been opened.

The only way to know for sure is to go back to the store and see what they will do. Make sure you take your receipt.

If they won't return it.. sell it on E-bay. You won't get as much as you paid for it, but you'll get something.
