Returning Ebay item without box?

Question

I recently ordered an item on ebay maybe about a month ago. I found the item broken now and wanted to refund it but i lost the box to that item, but i still have everything else that goes with the item. Is it possible to return the item to get my item back or get a replacement? and how? The item is a plantronics bluetooth discovery 925... (how should i wrap to return it.?)

I dont think you will be able to get your money back after a month.  Esp if you don't have the box.

have you contacted the person you purchased it from on ebay and see if they will even accept a return after a month of u having it?  i'd start there first.
