Question:

Returning Shampoo what should I say?

I'm want to return a $7 bottle of Head and Shoulders. As I was washing my hair with that product, my scalp was tingling and burning! I'm never using that product ever again. I purchased it from Wal-mart. Should I say I used the bottle? Should I tell them I didn't use it? What should I tell them, to guarantee I will get my money back?

  1. No, don't tell them you used it.. I dont think Walmart would sell used products..

Tell them you bought it accidentally and don't need it.. Or call the head and shoulders company, ( Phone number should be on the back ) and tell them you want your money back..

whichever one seems more convenient =]

  2. tell them u didnt use it and make sure it dosent look like u did.... then when they ask u why ur returning it tell them u accidently bought the wrong one

  3. Tell them you used it and youre not satified with the results because it burned your scalp, try to look them in their eye and try not to be shy or stuttering, things like this happens all the time! ^-^

  4. WalMart will refund your mony, no questions asked!

  5. Just say "this wasnt what i was looking for".

They should at least give you a store credit.

  6. Tell them Straight up, This **** Burned my scalp and should be banned!!!

  7. just tell them the truth

  8. Just tell them that your head tingled and burned when you used it, satisfaction guaranteed.

  9. all you need to say is that your unsatisfied. Because the bottle usually says," satisfaction guaranteed or you money back!" they don't need the details

  10. tell them that it burned your head! yu will get your money backk!

  11. tell them it was opened  when you bought it and it was half empty and you don't trust the shampoo and you want your money back=)
