Returning Zune to Microsoft

I am returning my 80 gb zune because the battery is broken.

Did anyone return their zune to microsoft yet? And what is the process?

    Zune Customer Support is only available by telephone. Use the following telephone numbers to contact Zune Customer Support: • (877) GET-ZUNE or (877) 438-9863

    • TTY: (800) 801-1189

    • From outside North America: (425) 637-7096

    Zune Customer Support hours of operation are 06:00 to 22:00 Pacific Time, every day. This includes holidays.

    I had to send mine in when it in June. I called them and a few days later a postage paid box arrived by FedEx. They couldn't fix it so they sent me a refurbushed one. For mine that took about 10 days from the time is shipped it out to the day I received the replacement.
