Returning ipod touch

Question

i have a 16 gig ipod touch with insurance and i want a 32 gig ipod touch. is there any way i can like return my ipod touch and pay $100 to get the 32 gig ipod touch or if i brake it isntead of having it replaces can i pay more to get the 32 ipod touch. or is there any other way? and its been more than 90 days since i bouth my ipod.

I don't think you can do that but what you could do is sell your 16gb iPod to a friend, put an advert about it in the local shops or put it on eBay. Then use the money you make to buy the 32gb iPod
