Returning my camera to walmart?

I got my Olympus camera from walmart about 65 days ago. It broke and im soooooooo mad. I kept the box and everything. Can I return it back? If not, then what should I do. (The screen won't show the pic or nething else put i can still take a pic. Also, I can't even plug it into the comp because the plug won't go into it.)
