So i got these ah-dorable juicy couture flats from zappos in like march, and they have been developing holes in them! I know Zappos has a great return policy but will they take them back if i got them in March and the holes are kinda my fault?(i didnt physically make the holes, they kind of developed.) School starts in a week and a day, and they are my first day of school shoes. Please help.

  1. no

  2. At the risk of stating the obvious, have you tried contacting Zappos to ask them if they are willing to take them back? They probably can do a better job of telling you what their policy is than strangers on the Internet.

    I'm just saying...

  3. yes they will explain your problem, and they will take them back same situation

  4. Thanks for answering my q. I'v never bought from zappos but I would hope if you called and talked to them they would make it right. especially if they did for your mom.

  5. well its not zappos fault if you got holes in the shoes.

it doesnt matter if they "developed" or whatever,

shoes get holes in them after a while and they were under your care.

    so yeah.=]

  6. I'm sure they would take them back... but if the real problem is the quality and you only wore them a few times maybe you should take it up with Juicy. If you wore the heck out of them then I think you should take it for a loss.
