  1. that company is 4 star. You shouldn't have any issues.

  2. you bring your credit card with they swipe it and give you your credit back to your card or you could get in store credit

  3. I don't think tigerdirect has actual stores, they only sell online.  just go online and you should be able to print a return shipping label, or look at the stuff that came with your order, they might have included a return label when they shipped it to you.  you can't just ship it back with out authorization, so call them or go online and then just send the thing back with the original packing slip so they know to credit your credit card

  4. Usually all packages that come in the mail come with a return label and instructions.  Unfortunately you will have to pay the shipping to return it but they should give you credit for the full price you paid for the product and the shipping to you.  I usually cut open a paper bag and wrap it in the bag inside out so it looks like a Christmas package.

  5. Go to Tigerdirect.com and see contact us link on the page. It will give you the customer support 1-800 number. Call them and they will direct you on how to return. They will accept opened items and hence no worries. Also if you look under FAQ section on the site, they would have explained on how to return an item.
