The Borussia Dortmund attacker insists that his team still has a good chance of winning the Bundesliga despite a slow start to proceedings
The Borussians are currently fourth on the Bundesliga standings table with 12 points from the seven games played. The defending champions have played three draws and have lost a game at the hands of Hamburg SV. On the other hand,
their rivals Bayern Munich have won each of their seven fixtures and are nine points ahead of them on the table.

their footing and then there will be no one stopping them.
The former Borussia Monchengladbach man stressed that his side had 10 points at this stage last season and they went on to lift the league title in the end. He admitted that the team will have to be consistent in their remaining
games to fight for the honours with the likes of Bayern Munich.
“We are still positive about our chances this season. This time last year we had 10 points, and now we have 12. We know that we can play better, and it is only a matter of time before we are playing to our potential. We need to
keep working hard and focus on winning our next games,” he was quoted as saying in an interview.
The German international also expressed his delight on his form for the national side. He insisted that it was a great feeling to score again for Die Mannschaft and the player wants to continue with his brilliant displays.
“I think my two goals against Ireland prove I have taken another step. I know that if I play well and work hard the coach will reward me,” he concluded.
Marco Reus has been Dortmund’s most impressive player this season and has already found the net six times in all competitions for the defending champions.
