The Borussia Dortmund attacker insisted that his team played some sensational football to claim all three points against Werder Bremen in the away fixture

Blaszczykowski found the net for the away side as they secured all three points to stay in contention for the second place on the standings table.
Reus admitted that the team performed exceptionally well and is delighted with the result. The player is hopeful that the team will continue to perform in this way as the season unfolds and is gunning for a second places finish
at the end of the season. The attacker insisted that team performed brilliantly despite the cold conditions and is keen to continue the brilliant form in the coming fixtures as well.
“The team came to a consensus at half-time that a 2-0 lead was not enough. Despite the cold, we played a great match and rightly won. We were completely focused for all 90 minutes,” he was quoted as saying in an interview.
The former Borussia Monchengladbach man stressed that it was an important win for his side as they wanted to start the second half of the campaign on a winning note. The German international scored from a sensational free-kick
and was very happy with the effort.
Reus insisted that he had practised a lot in training and the efforts have finally shown when he found the back of the net. The player is happy with his performances for Dortmund thus far this season and is keen to continue in
this way.
“I am glad I was able to score from a free-kick again, after practising so much in training,” he concluded.
Borussia Dortmund will next host http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/1-FC-Nuremberg-c38162 in the Bundesliga on January 25. They will be hoping to win the fixture to close the gap on second-placed Bayer Leverkusen, who are three points ahead of the Signal Iduna Park outfit.
Bayern Munich still lead the way with 45 points from the 18 games played.
