Question:

Reverend Jeremiah Wright and Senator Barack Obama: Guilt by association or tutelage? Re-examine please!?

Now that Obama has been chosen the Democratic nominee, it is relevant to totally place under the magnifying glass Obama's relationship to Reverend Wright and his endorsement of Reverend Wright's Black-Supremacist beliefs. We must not forget that the Obama family sat for 17 years under Wright's leadership and guidance without raising one question. In fact, if the uproar had not been so loud, the Obama's would not have resigned their membership in Trinity.

Agree? Disagree? Please state why? (and "water under the bridge" does not qualify as a response to "why?"

  1. Absolutely.  This association, along with those of Ayres and Rezko, need to be better explained by Senator Obama.

  2. Water under, over and beyond the bridge. That goose is cooked!

  3. I agree.

What YOU do matters. If you choose to sit in a church like that for nearly 2 decades, how could you despise the teachings? I'm sure that video was not the 1st time Wright screamed and spewed racist rhetoric. And how a church can be pro-choice I have no idea. That's sorta like dry water.

What you DON'T do matters too....so many "present" votes.

  4. Yes it's clear to anyone who can hold a though in their head. Wright was a influential figure in Chicago politics and community activism. Obama used him for political expedience and dumped him as soon as he became a liability. Faith was never a motivation.

  5. Obama said himself that in his late teens onward that he was trying to identify with black america  and their angst and agreed with Malcolm x that he would like to eradicate the white from his blood. This shows that he has sympathized with people like reverend wright for a long time and those ideas of his are what led him to the church in the first place.

  6. Reverend Wright is not the only questionable person Obama has kept company with over the years but most of the media will not talk about it because they are in the tank for the liberals. It also makes me laugh that so many libs are trying to make a big deal out of this pregnancy issue when they always say they're so tolerant. Biden is on record lying about his education but no one says a word.

  7. Disagree. That's seriously reaching...

I know this Palin pregnancy story has you all grabbing for straws, but COME ON...this is so OLD. You're beating a dead horse.

  8. No, and It's over.

  9. Reaching.  Is this question coming up because the Republicans "conservatism" and "strong moral values" are being questioned?  I don't really care if her daughter got knocked up....... But trying to beat a dead horse isn't going to solve anything either.

  10. Obama is a racist, case closed.
