Reverse Phone?

Question

I live in Canley Heights, Sydney, New South Wales. I want to find out how to get a person's phone number when I have the address. The address is all I have and know. I have no clue whatsoever on how to get the home phone number.

I know there's something called a "Reverse" thing, but I don't know how to use it, or how to even get it. Or is it a website?

So, please tell me how to get the phone number of the person. And please provide every detail that you can. :D

Reverse telephone directories give you the name and address when you know the 'phone number. Not what you're looking for. Your choices are:

1) Knock on the door. Ask. If they refuse to tell you and you have no legal requirement to justify continuing, stop. If you continue you're stalking them.

2) Internet search on address. Hit lucky and find 'phone number, home business details, name etc.

3) Phone directory enquiries. In the UK some will give a 'phone number if you just give them an address.

4) email the address to me at bw (at) swiftbooks.co.uk. I'll see what I can find.
