Reverse calling...?

is there a good website or place to go to look up a phone number with out paying for it? I look up phone numbers trying to figure out who they are but I dont want to pay to get their name.

i am a bail bondsman  and i use www.anywho.com at the top of the page there is a button that says reverse look up its free all you do is enter the number and it will pop up their name and address  good luck

You could try 192.com, but I think even they charge a small fee

Alternately you could try callng Directory services/operator services and asking

Just Google the number. Be sure to put in the area code and dashes (-). About 80% will show up.
