  1. Put your feet together, or swing off one foot if you are capable. That should teach you how to swing around an axis.

  2. Ok the worst thing in golf is listening to everyone. Get a bucket and practice. There are 2 swings for you. 1 the woods and up to the 5 iron. That is the swing that you take a full arc on, feel the weight on the club head as you swing down, see yourself hit the ball, do not look up to see where it went. swing thru like there was a ball in front of the one you are hitting. I used to put 2 in line to learn to stay put. 2 the high irons are a round house swing. Do not shift you body at all just make a full u swing. do not look up. good luck

  3. Try to keep your right knee stiff during the backswing, rotate your shoulders with your spine as a fixed axis, follow through by transferring weight to your left foot, and make sure your hands finish high.

  4. here's a simple thing to try. start with weight on the front at address, then as you bring the club back, shift your weight back with you. Then follow back forward on the through swing. Wont be an easy thing at first, but if you train yourself to do it, it will only get better.

  5. I've always felt you have to go with the basics, then practice at a range. You obviously need a proper grip and proper stance. Oliver the weekend I read an article on www.golfbuckscounty.com on posture that was very helpful for me when I hit the range today.

Get comfortable, swing smooth, and then trial and error you will get a nice rhythem.

  6. Typically 60% of your weight should be on your right side at address.  Take a normal stance with your feet shoulder width apart and place more weight on your right side.  On your downswing, transfer your weight from your right side to your left.  Concentrate on your head being behind the ball.
