Reversed Heterosexual?

I feel like I'm the oppisite of everyone else who is heterosexual?

It seems like in most heterosexual relationships Women are the submissive ones and men are the dominating.

I feel with me it's the other way. If I was in a relationship, I want my female partner to be the dominating one and I will be the submissive.

I don't know what to think of it, I know it's different from the norm.

I don't think it's as different from the norm as you seem to believe.  I have female friends who are very strong and confident women, and who don't like to have dominant partners.

Having said that, I think it's helpful to be able to be dominant in bed when necessary.  Some strong women really like a man who is not too dominant in other aspects of the relationship, but who likes to call the shots in bed.
