Revert Muslim? Been to Mecca & Medina?

Are there any Revert Muslim Brothers and Sisters who went to Mecca & Medina after they accepted Islam. How was your journey and how did you feel like visiting the house of Allah ?

asalam-o-alaikum i am muslim and i have been to mecca and medina many times and my journey was wonderful!!! i loved it!!!!!! i felt peace there and i didn't wanted to leave. there were so many people and everyone was praying and i loved it!!!!!! i really want to go back and feel the peace again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! you will feel peace there and only there (no were else and i am serious!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I actually know a couple people, who didn't know one another that went to mecca just to visit. But what they saw during hajj caused them to convert to Islam. They said their lives will never be the same, because finally their eyes were opened and are very happy with their new lives.

And this other lady I know who converted to islam THEN went to mecca for hajj said that was the best experience of her life. She's been on many vacations and has traveled to many different places, but doing hajj was the best experience for her because she felt something new and different that changed her life.

Yes, alhamdullilah I went there last year with my family and made hajj.  It was an incredible feeling, and I consider myself very lucky to have had to the opportunity to make the trip.
