Want to start up my own business in Yacht charter and want to get an idea from people who sailed on charter yachts around the world

By charter yachts do you mean the ones where I rented the yacht and sailed with my own crew, or do you mean like the Windjammer yachts where I charter both the boat and the crew?  

I can only give my opinion on the former.  Back in '87 I went to the Virgin Islands with my boyfriends two best friends (My boyfriend could'nt go at the last minute and asked me to go in his place)  The 2 guys were experienced sailors,I was experienced crew.  We rented a 32' and sailed around the Virgin Islands for 9 days.  It was the most marvelous vacation of my life.  I will never forget it.
