Revised offer makes http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Mustafa-Amini-c27104 a certainty to join Borussia Dortmund – Bundesliga news
Central Coast Mariners midfielder, Mustafa Amini, is reportedly certain to join the German champions, Borussia Dortmund, during the summer transfer window. Dortmund have been continuously tracking the player for quite a few months now but a deal could never
be struck for some reason.
Dortmund General Manager, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Michael-c25261 Zorc, confirmed that the teenager would soon be added to an already young squad. The Black Yellows created history by becoming the youngest ever side to clinch the Bundesliga title during the recently concluded 2010/11 season.
The midfielder also voiced his opinion on the possible move and claimed that the Mariners have already allowed him to leave the club and the only thing that is becoming a barrier is the transfer amount.
Dortmund General Manager, though, mentioned that the deal has already been finalized and both the clubs have agreed to a transfer fee. It was reported that the Borussians previously offered 100,000 Euros for the 18-year-old, which was not accepted by the
Australian based outfit. Mariners Chairman, Peter Turnbull, clearly stated that the club values the youngster a bit higher and 100,000 was simply not enough. Zorc insisted that the champions have already offered a revised amount to the Mariners, which is believed
to have been accepted by the Australians.
Meanwhile, Borussia Dortmund manager, Jurgen Klopp, reckons that the teenager is extremely talented and would be an ideal inclusion to an already impressive squad. He also enthused that the team as a whole has performed beyond expectations and hoped that
they could continue in the same vein of form when the new season commences.
The manager further added, "He can definitely play football and is a really great talent." General Manager, Zorc, on the other hand said, "We have made the Central Coast Mariners a new offer for Mustafa. We are confident that we are now certain."
Amini started his senior career with Central Coast Mariners in 2010 and has made 23 league appearances, netting in a solitary goal during the process. The player is yet to appear for the Australian national side and has represented his country at the U-17,
U-20 and U-23 levels.
