  1. Radian = degree * 2π/360

    -25 * 2π/360 = -50π/360 = -5π/36

    You could also add a 2π to make it positive:

    2π + (-5π/36) = 72π/36 - 5π/36 = 67π/36

    They are both the same angle, yet one is written positive and the other negative


  2. the guy above me is right, just a few things...

    1) to convert to radians, multiply by pi/180, not 2pi/360. same thing I know, but it will save you some reducing time in the end

    2) if you want the positive measurement, it's easier to rewrite -25 as 335 then convert

    3) 99.9% of the time you'll want -5pi/12 as opposed to 67pi/36
