Making Turkish Eggrols is a tradition in my family, my mother makes them so perfectly, i knew it was going to be hard when it was my turn to learn. I always watched my mohter make them, working hard, concentrating, i could see how serious eggrolls were.I wasn't allowed to make eggrolls, i would mess them up, but when i turned 16 i decided i was ready to learn. It wasn't easy, the dough wouldnt even hold together at first. And when I had something that looked like an eggroll the taste was off. I cried because things werent turning out right at all.I kept on trying though, I knew I could make my mother proud.
