Rheem a-c blower still running?

I asked this ? about 15 minutes ago.?

My inside blower is running constantly.I've changed the t-stat, fan relay and a moment ago, I checked the 3 amp fuse on the control board. It's good also.The model #is RCBA3765GG17 serial #Mo200. Continued help is very much appreciated. I can not seem to find a t.shooting guide on the web to help me out with this problem. THANK GUYS
