Rhythmic Gymnastics - what is that all about?

It is absolutely ludicrous, does anyone think it is good/worthy of a medal?

I like to watch Gymnastics as it is a sport & rhythmic style with music display of the floor exercise is an extension to dance form more like ice-skating performances.  So to round up, it is a sport, a dance, an art & a performance and surely deserve the medals.

When you can fold yourself in half, and catch a flying ball while you are shaped liked a pretzel, then maybe you can decide whether or not it is worthy of a medal.

No, I don't think it is medal-worthy, never have done.  Back in the days of Nadia, Olga & Nelly gymnastics was a top sport, even then it was thought of as a bit of a joke (at least by us kids watching it).

dude, it takes just as much athletesism as artistic gymnastics.

I mean..

I guess it's different for everyone..

But like, it's a work of art.

Kind of like regular gymnastics, and dance.

It's more of art than a sport,

And it's pretty worthy of a medal,

But I guess it's really point of view.

I think it's fantastic! Its so pretty and fascinating to watch. They are really talented.

They truely are worthy of a medal. Have you ever seen how much effort, practice and training goes into putting a routine together?

its more dancing around. instead of table tennis, they should have dance as a sport in the olympics.

You know, i question some sports, but if they train hard, have the desire, and is there to represent USA then they are worthy... obviously some people have never been dedicated to a sport...
