  3. D.  All three.  All cells have ribosomes for carrying out protein synthesis.  They are not technically considered organelles in the archaea and Prokarya, but function the same.  In fact ribosomes are the only thing close to an organelle that these cells have.

    Ribosomes are complexes of RNA and protein that are found in all cells. Ribosomes from bacteria, archaea and eukaryotes, the three domains of life, have significantly different structure and RNA. Interestingly, the ribosomes in the mitochondrion of eukaryotic cells resemble those in bacteria, reflecting the evolutionary origin of this organelle
