Ribs and thighs hurt?

today i work up and my ribs hurt like h**l and my legs are really sore and i can't run,I was playing some football yesterday but I didn't talk anybody or get tackled so i don't how that woulda happened

  1. I would say to get up and move around a little bit, maybe go for a slow walk.  It sounds like you are stiff, and that should loosen you up a bit.


  2. If you haven't played football lately, or you just had a really tiring game, it's understandable that you may be sore. The best way to get rid of soreness is to maybe take some Motrin to relieve the pain and move - take a walk, stretch your muscles, etc. Don't worry, it'll only last two or three days.

  3. soak in a bath of Epsom salts for 20 minutes and take aleve or advil try ice packs for ribs after hot bath
