So Rich leaves WV for MI. WV wins first game of the season, (without rich). MI loses first game, with rich.

Says MI needs to get faster, he just left the fastest college team in America, haha.

Thoughts on this?

  1. It takes a new coach two or three years to build their new team. Not to mention the team lose their starting QB and RB from last year so they are starting over in a way

  2. You can't judge his career change decision after just one game. He took a better job at a bigger and better school, with tradition that dates all the way back to the 1800's. Obviously, Michigan is in transition mode, he didn't have enough time to get his style of players into town. He is trying to implement his offense with players from the previous regime, they are the more traditional type players. The thing about it that bugs me is that he didn't adjust to his players talents, he is trying to make them adjust to him, and that isn't how you win. I sure hate Michigan, and coach Rod, I am hoping that they go 0-12 this year.

  3. He needs some time to put in a new system. Do I think that they are going to be good this season? No. But in two years, watch out for Michigan.

Remember, Rich was 3-9 in his first season at West Virginia.

  4. I think he is a coward and a liar...

... but he's probably sitting at home right now wiping his *** with $100 bills.

WVU will win 10 or 11 games.

MI might win 5 or 6.

  5. On Monday, he was looking in the mirror and saying, "Why in the h**l did I leave West Virginia?"
