i agree with the idea that someone is trying to smear this guy's name.  I ran his name and he (rick) sure comes up a lot.  His named is always tied to being an expert witness or inspector in the area of disability rights.  It seems like this guy just helps the disabled!!  What a bizzare question to ask if he was arrested over 30 years ago.  Sounds like typical Rush Limbaugh smear tactics!!  But that's only my opinion!!

is someone trying to smear this person's name because he is a disabilities rights advocate?  He helps the disabled community obtain access to public accommodations and tries to make them feel like 1st class citizens.  what a silly question
