Ricky Davis to the Clippers? Kwame Brown to the Detroit Pistons?

So the Pistons just gave Max money to Laker Fan Favorite Kwame Brown, and the L.A Clippers just gave Max money to Ricky Davis. Will any of these moves help the Teams? Will Kwame be that Super Star everyone thought he would be?

They didn't give Kwame max money (2 years, 4 million) but they did overpay for him. Kwame Brown will never be the "superstar" that Michael Jordan thought he was when he drafted him. He might not even be lucky enough to crack the regular rotation in Detroit. I don't know what Joe Dumars was thinking.

As for Ricky Davis, he may fit in alright in L.A. It's not like the Clippers will go anywhere anyways, but he might do well there. It definitely can't hurt the team.

Ricky Davis is still a shooter and a dunker and though not as good as when with Minnesota, He is still good.

kwame will defiantly fit in well with the pistons he will not start but he will fit in well with the rotation of the starters but i think he would have to be the super star if rasheed retires or get traded. ricky davis was a good move for L.A. also since they have signed baron davis and that he is good but underrated shooting guard in the league i think if he stays healthy and doesnt get into trouble the clippers would have made a perfect decision and could possibly be a playoff contender in the upcoming seasons.

Ricky Davis to Clippers would dedinitly will help Clippers. Davis will have to score more points like he did few years back with Boston Celtics. Kwame Brown to Pistons won't help the Pistons, Pistons is not a place for oppurtunities, if you want the oppurtiny you will have to work very hard for it and have passion to improve. Kwama Brown to Pistons did not help the Pistons it hurt the Pistons, with the salary cap space Pistons could've signed someone else. Kwame Brown only averages 3 points a game so 2 year $8 million dollar contract was very bad signing.

Davis to the Clippers is a good move that gives them another scorer. as for Kwame Brown he helps teams win after he is traded. the WIZ are making the playoffs  and the Lakers almost went all the way. when the pistons trade him I see Champion.

Piston and Clippers didn't give those guys max money.  What do you mean.  Browne got 8Mil/2yrs.  Does that sound max to you?
