Did anybody see Ricky Hattons fight on T.V? Its noticeable that he's not in his prime anymore, but he still has the heart and determination. I believe his fight with Floyd took a little out of him.

  1. Runner-up is a term used to denote a participant which finishes in second place in any of a variety of competitive endeavors, most notably sporting events and beauty pageants; in the latter instance, the term is applied to more than one of the highest-ranked non-winning contestants, the second ...

  2. Yes i saw him and he beat the **** out of his opponent badly

That is the biggest pile of **** i have heard yet? Are you american

  3. Yes, I watched it and the commentators also stated that he has "the look of a fighter who is past his prime."  I would probably agree with them even though he won the fight easily because Lazcano hadn't fought in over a year and still managed to stun Hatton a few times.  And one of the times, it looked like Hatton would have gone down if the referee didn't stop the fight so he could tie his shoes.  I agree that he still does have the heart and determination and maybe the Mayweather knockout did take a bit out of him, and based on his and Paul Malignaggi's respective performances, I would probably favor Hatton over Malignaggi if and when they fight later this year.  However, as far a rematch with Floyd Mayweather, Jr. goes- Hatton would still get owned and it would probably be worse than the first fight.

  4. Dude, you obviously did not watch the same fight. Hatton sloppy and looked like a club fighter. He threw wild punches, and was taking hits from a much slower Lazcano.

LaZcano hurt him several times, and Hatton was literally saved by worse refereeing I have seen a while. He was hurt, but ref stop the fight and gave him over a minutes to go tie his shoes.

The shut-out was pure BS. Lazcano won a round or two. This fight showed me Hatton is finished if he goes up against any elite fighter. This fight was suppose to be a showcase fight for Hatton to rebound from his loss and destroy a non-world beater. Instead he struggled for entire 12 rounds.

Ring rating him # 8 P4P, which BTW owned by Oscar now, is nonsense.
