What is this code and how do we clear the open door symbol and the tool symbol so that the copier will start up?

The copier is a Ricoh Aficio 340 and the screen said SC 547 00 We can't use your Premium Assistance plan. We don't have a credit card and live 100's of miles from shops etc.Hope you can help, thanks
