Ricoh Ft 3713 Toner light still on

Question

OK - I was using your instructions as you said, but when I enter in the 96 on the keypad it blinks. You say to press print and cut the copier off then on. Call me stupid, but I do not have a print button. The start button, I would consider is the print button??? But when I push this, nothing happens. Any further instructions for me to try to get the toner light to go off??
