My parents have recently bought a summer home on a small lake. It's in the center of 'cottage country' so they're lots of neighboring cottagers around.
Apparently, there're leeches in said lake, and my mother in interested in ways of getting rid of them, or making it less appealing to them to be near the cottage.
I've hear that putting copper in the water can help, and so can some types of fish (though I think placing foreign fish in the lake would be illegal).
Any help?
