Mr. Tom lives next door to Mr. Bob. Mr. Tom and Mr. Bob have no fence between them. Mr. Bob says the tree belongs to him, and says it is clearly on his property. Mr. Tom disagrees and says the tree does belong to him because he has been taking care of for years. Mr. Tom also points to the tree and says that it has always been on his property.

Does the grape tree belong to Mr. Tom or Mr. Bob?
