and the winner is,, ,,R,,close but no cigar . if the answer is 9 w, what is the question ? do you spell wagnor with a v ?. 9 w ...... for those who still do not get it 9 in german means no.....

It would help if you made clear which parts were the riddle.  No body wants to decode a weirdly typed up riddle, it's too hard to tell what's intentional and what is a mistake.
