Riddle that is very hard (Only a few know the answer, I am one of them)?

Question

In just one second, how do you turn water into ice?

in written japanese character mizu & ice are written in almost the same character - except for one, there is little 'dent' at the top left of the "ice" kanji.

in that case all we need to do is erase it.it will just took one swipe of eraser to do this.voila! water turned to ice (in japanese kanji)

Sodium acetate and the heat from your hands can instantly freeze water. If this is a riddle post in riddle section. Seeing as this is in the science section, I give a scientific answer.

There is such a thing as "supercooling" where a substance is put into another liquid substance so cold that water can be almost instantly frozen. This is usually a liquid gas.
