Is it ok to ride roller coasters if you have been coughing and have a sore throat? I have a very mild cold and I was just wondering if riding a roller coaster would make it worse because I really want to go!

  1. omg no! :] but if you have a queasy stomach or are throwing up, dont do it!

  2. I wouldn't, your coughing and sore throat might get worst. Like it might irritate your throat.

  3. You should be fine. If it's just a sore throat and a mild cold, then riding a roller coaster shouldn't make it any worse. Just try not to scream too much =D

  4. i did but im telling you you might pass out like i did

  5. It's ok, I have ever tried it..but make sure don't scream to many times..

Remember to bring lozenges, your throat probably won't feel nice after a lot of screamming because ride a roller coster.

  6. It should be ok, providing that you dont scream which could make things worse! Keep taking cold remedies. Before you go on the rollercoaster, have a mug of hot honey and lemon which should help. If you are feeling worse soon though, maybe its best to give it a miss for the time being! :(

  7. It is better to rest until you are ok. Otherwise it may take longer to health.

  8. No I dont think it will make it worse, and maybe a little shot of adrenaline is all your body needs to get over your illness.

  9. I wouldn't. Don't be selfish and think of everyone else. Do they want what you have? Stay at home until you get better and don't spread germs everywhere.

  10. I did that once. I had a fever the day before I went to Six Flags, but I went anyway. I rode on a couple of roller coasters, and some of the spinning rides and I was fine. I didn't have a problem. If you think it will be a problem for you, though, you probably shouldn't.
