Ride side chest pain?

Question

I have had sharp random pains on the ride side of my chest. The pain also can be felt in my back at the same time. It's extremely random and my friends have suggested maybe my ribcage being sore?!? Didn't know you could have a ribcage pain but I don't know. Any ideas?

I mean this something you should be consulting a physician because it may e your lung as well . Nobody can to sure about that . Good luck and have a great day .
