  1. Restraighting order ( when someone really loves someone and the person is underage..) it F*&*(s up

  2. Prostitution...shouldn't be illegal.  Consenting adults doing what consenting adults do.  Can be regulated similar to the way Amsterdam does.

Other than that, I don't agree with an Arkansas statute that prohibits you from planting Johnson grass on your neighbors lawn.  I'm a fan of Johnson grass...everyone should have it.

  3. No cell phones/texting while driving.

First of all, nobody follows that law (if you have one in your state). It isn't the government's authority to tell me what I can or cannot do in my car with my phone. And it could be an emergency call.

  4. It's illegal to shoot a buffalo from a moving trolly car on Sunset Boulevard in LA.

There being no buffalo nor trolly, either.....

And most of the other laws at least at the federal level.  Certainly all that are not 'enumerated powers'.

  5. Marijuana being illegal because the government doesn't get taxed for it. As with moonshine.

  6. marijuana(a plant) being illegal.

  7. Helmet, life jacket, and seat belt laws.  Although I wear all three, I don't believe it's the gov't's job to protect me from myself.

  8. you can't fall asleep or lie down with your shoes on in north dakota.

    wtf.

  9. Open Container Law and drinking age of 21.

  10. the booster seat law, the law against g*y marriage, the law against prostitution, the law that says smoking is legal, the law against drinking until you're 21, and every speed limit in existance

    --add--

the double jeopardy law, the unlawful search and seizure law, the innocent until proven guilty law, and most of what laws our court system has come up with

  11. My idea of ridiculous laws are the ones not enforced!

No cell phones/texting while driving is one that needs enforced.

In Arizona if you get your drivers license at 18, it is good till 65!

I think every 4 years for testing is needed.

  12. DC's handgun ban. The Supreme Court didn't care for that one either.

  13. It is illegal to throw an octopus on the ice during a Detroit Red Wings hockey game.

    The law specifically mentions "octopus"

200 years from now, some archeologist is going to dig it up, and it's going to raise more questions than answers.
