  1. just get enough  speed in a place where nothing else can whack u off your bike and then just slowly let go of the handle bars...if u feel comfortable enough hold your hands up but u have to be going pretty fast

  2. Practice makes perfect.

You should get a good speed -NOT SLOW,with a good balance & tons of practice you can do it in no time. Take baby steps- start at the beginning. You cant just leave the safety of your handlebars if your just starting out,  that will be pretty stupid. Try one hand at a time. Also have the right equipment and the right bike or any two-wheels. Remember - Safety first!

You should also consider how comfortable you are with your bike. I seldom try the stunt to a heavy bike and those that I couldn't reach the handlebars or the pedal (OR even the ground!)or hard to handle bikes. The taller the bikes the harder you fall. Stick to ones that you can still touch the ground with your feet.

  3. You can do it. Sometimes during long bike rides it helps to stretch out. While going slightly down hill (not pedaling) take your hands an inch of the handlebar and then further when your comfortable. It's not the safest thing in the world though. Best to keep the hands on the bike.

  4. You can't do it, because you shouldn't do it.  I know it looks like fun, sailing along with arms outstretched as if flying into the sunset....but it's all fun and games until you hit that soft sand, lose control, fall over, and your head gets run over by an 18 wheeler (whose driver is trying to learn how to drive the truck with no hands on his steering wheel).  brain bucket, or not, 18 wheelers do a number on your head.  Cycling is a fun sport/excersize, but it can be awfully dangerous.  Keep your hands on the handlebars.
