  1. If it's a regular sized tire with good tread, just drive like you usually would, not a problem.  If it's one of those tine space saver spares, well, let me go find it and cut and paste:

When provided with the vehicle as part of the original manufacturer’s equipment, most manufacturers warn not to exceed 50 miles per hour or 80 kilometers per hour and not to go further than 50 miles or 80 kilometers on the space saver tire.

So, slow down and it's only for temporary use.

  2. you should be ok if its a standard wheel and tyre

but if its a very narrow one i e a space saver the check on the tyre and you should find there is a speed limit keep to that and should be ok

  3. you should be fine just drive under 55mph and dont turn too hard and fast

    check your owner's manual

  4. You don't want to drive very far on the spare.  If you have to, try to drive less than 100 miles total. Best bet is to stay home or get rides from friends if you need to go out until you can get your regular tire repaired or replaced.

  5. a spare tyre is actually what is says - a spare - to be used on these occasions the only thing to remember is that having used it you no longer have a spare so if you have another flat you could be in trouble.   spare tyres are usually, or should be, as good as the ones on the vehicle and in actual fact all you would be doing is replacing your spare.
