Rigadin De Beauchene dominant on the lineup of Betfair Don’t Settle For Less Handicap Chase at Fontwell
The Class 4 Betfair Don’t Settle For Less Handicap Chase is to be staged at Fontwell over three miles, two furlongs and 110 yards on Wednesday, 7th March. The event has attracted a lineup of six and has a £3, 054 purse for the winner.
Rigadin De Beauchene, Visionary’s seven-year-old bay gelding out of mare Chipie D’ Angron, came fifth and then second in the two races that he has been a part of ever since the new season began.

Nomadic Warrior raced through the distance ending up as the runner up with David England onboard and was soon followed by Canni Thinkaar, finishing third behind the winner.
His next race was a little more than a month later however by then he had progressed drastically which was reflective from the second position that he scored in the next start.
On 26th February, Rigadin De Beauchene finished the closest to the winner, Mortimers Cross, who was riding with Richard Johnson. The third place was reserved by the 9/4 favourite of the race, Rateable Value.

He was ahead of the runner up, Dont Tell Sailor, by 1 ½ length while finishing third behind the winner was Magot De Grugy.
Rigadin De Beauchene will be making the third start of the season today and is being expected to strike the debut victory of the season. He has only won once throughout his career and adding more to it is just what the connections desire.
