  1. Is this problem appearing when you open a certain worksheet only or does it happen all the time? It the former is the case, then the right click menu would be disabled by using code in the code module section of the worksheet. There's nothing you can do about it unless you are ready to find and delete that part of the code.

If the latter is the case then try this.

    1. Close Excel.

    2. Click Start, and then click My Computer.

    3. On the Tools menu, click Folder Options.

    4. Click the View tab, uncheck the "Hide extensions for known file types" box, check "Show hidden files and folders," and then click OK.

    5. Locate the Excel.xlb file in the following folder:

C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\Microsoft\Excel (Where username is your user account name)

(If Excel.xlb is not in this folder, search for it by clicking Start, and then clicking Search, tell it to search for excel.xlb and when found, right-click Excel.xlb, click "Rename," type "ExcelXLB.old" (without the quotes), and then press ENTER)

    6. Restart Excel

If it doesnt work then you might want to reinstall excell. (use the repair method in the MS office CD.
