Right Ear Fluttering?

21, male. My right ear flutters intermittently. This started after some new GI (stomach) symptoms occurred 2 months ago after some binge drinking and haven't left yet. The fluttering comes randomly at random times and feels like a butterfly in my ear. It usually flutters for 3-5 seconds, and stops. It can come back 30 sec later, or 5 hours later, it's very random.

Is this neurological? Ear wax compacted? What? It's ALWAYS the right ear, never the left. No trauma to right ear either.

It's usually ear wax. I've had it and it went away right after I cleaned my ears. Always be careful to not go near ear drum.
