Right...I have a problem with a changing shape of chin and jawline?

Question

recently the shape of my jawline/chin has changed making it very asymetrical and i hate it! I only have pains on the one side of my face and noticeable swelling! Im only 16 what could this be im very worried. Ive been researching and It could be TMJ. My parents think im being rediculous Im attaching before after picture of my chin/jawline and see it you can see the changes. thanks

Yes there is a slight enlargement, i sugest you go get xrays, sometimes the face does grow slightly assymetrically which is normal as the left and right sides are not mirror images at all in all people
