Right Side of My Monitor not in view?

My widescreen lenovo 19" monitor is cut off at the right side. I have 1440x900 resolution. I just recently (the other day) installed the NVIDIA drivers so I could play hd games. It worked fine, but then I was messing with the on monitor controls. Somehow, when It did the auto, it moved an eighth of my screen out of view. I changed the on monitor controls to be all the way to the left, and the NVIDIA control panel to be all to the left. Still nothing. Would a system restore to like last week help? Thanks.

On your monitor, there is a button, possibly with an arrow pointing to the center of a circle. press this, and it will probably say "1: Auto Detect" press it again, and it should say "2: Analog" and again press it "3: Digital Input" Change it to wahtever one works, then restart your computer and the Auto detect feature should work without cutting of a side.
