Ok, i have a maths assignment and one of the questions says using your knowledge of right angle trigonemtry find this thing.

now it doesnt matter what the "thing" is but what i am asking is if the the "sine" rule is considered right angle trigonometry? because that seems to be the only way to answer this question.

  1. Yes, you can use the sine rule.  I just did trig and thats what we did.  But I found a site for you:

if you ever cant do a question, type it in google or something and it should help you

  2. Yes, for right triangle trigonometry you use the definitions of sine, cosine or tangent or the Pythagorean Theorem.

    Problems would look like

    sin 40º = a / 52     or sin @º = 3/5

  3. dude Sine rule and cosine rule are refered to NON-RIGHT ANGLED TRIANGLES

  4. yea dude sine rule is applicable for ryt angled triangles...for eg... an isoscles triangle if the syds r a,a and root a(hypotunese) ...if u apply the sine rule it still works...

  5. sinus rule in threeangle is :

    a/sin(A) = b/sin(B) = c/sin(C)
